班杰明·法兰克林（Benjamin Franklin；1706年1月17日—1790年4月17日），美国著名的政治家、科学家，英国皇家学会院士。曾任宾夕法尼亚州长、美国首任驻法大使、美国首任邮政部长。法兰克林是美国《独立宣言》的五位起草人之一。
